Welcome to the Local National Screening Program

LNSP Processing (Germany Only):

If a category outlined in AEA 190-16 specifies that an LNSP case must be INITIATED before an installation pass may be issued, please note that the case status must be AT LEAST “Processing” prior to the pass being issued to the applicant. If the applicant falls under a category that authorizes their LNSP case to be “Processing” to receive their installation pass, it is best practice to issue the applicant a 90-day DBIDS pass while waiting for the results to be returned. Per AEA 190-16, paragraph 12, Sponsors will monitor LNSP results every 30 days. For questions or concerns please contact the LNSP office for more information regarding the case status at:

SYSTEM NOTICES
**Please advise**Please ensure all documentation and requirements are thoroughly reviewed prior to case submission. We have observed frequent discrepancies—specifically incomplete 604.1B forms and incorrect resident forms—which consistently result in processing delays.**
DAILY INFORMATION
1. **Do not submit a draft case file without all the proper documents or it will be deleted**
2.***NEW LNSP REGULATION POSTED*** The new AEA 604-1 LNSP Regulation has been posted on this LNSP homepage. Ensure all review.
3. The 31 Mar 26 White Paper for LNSP Update has been posted to this page. Please read!
4. ****PGCC Requirement Updates: If the PGCC upload option is unavailable, the system has classified the submission as a renewal or remission. If the option appears during a renewal, it signifies that the Name or Date of Birth entered differs from the initial case—often due to variations such as maiden or middle names OR incorrect spelling and DOB. Please verify all data entries to ensure accuracy and consistency with original records.****
5. The new AEA Form 604-1B has been updated with the mistakes that were identified. Please start using the new form NLT 15 May 2026.
